Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Childcare Supervisor to oversee operations and lead a team of educators in Queenstown. You will implement curricula, develop staff, and maintain a safe, stimulating environment for children while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will manage daily operations, budgeting, and health and safety protocols, while building strong relationships with parents and guiding professional development for staff.

Formación

• Experience directing childcare teams.
• Strong knowledge of child development and curriculum design.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements for childcare facilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources.
