Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within cleaning/environmental services.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate cleaning teams.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials and equipment.
• Understanding health and safety standards relevant to the cleaning industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide cleaning staff to ensure quality service.
• Develop daily work schedules for cleaning personnel.
• Inspect work areas for quality and standards adherence.
• Train staff on procedures, safety practices and equipment use.
• Manage inventory and distribution of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Address client or staff issues promptly.
• Maintain records of staff performance and activities.
