Job summary

Wolf Hospitality Group in Queenstown is seeking an experienced chef to lead a kitchen section, support service, and help with menu items across venues. This role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with chefs to ensure quality across restaurants and events.

Qualifications

• At least two years of chef experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation and organization of a kitchen section
• Assist chefs and produce menu items for restaurants and functions
• Maintain quality while assisting the Head Chef
• Plan workflows and order food as required
• Assist with recipe costing and menu development
• Keep the kitchen and equipment clean and operational
• Support colleagues and train kitchen staff as necessary
