Job summary

Wolf Hospitality Group – Queenstown, New Zealand invites applications for kitchen roles with strong training and development opportunities. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. These positions are full time and a minimum of 30 hours per week is guaranteed.

A 7 day roster means weekend and evening work will be required. The Chef de Partie will help manage a kitchen section, support chefs, and contribute to menu items and costings while maintaining high

Responsibilities

• To manage the operation and organisation of a section of the kitchen.
• Assisting chefs and producing stipulated items related to the menus and functions to the restaurant standards, to satisfy diner expectations.
• Produce maximum quality whilst assisting the Head Chef.
• Plan and organise work flows and order food as required.
• Assisting the Head Chef in costing recipes and developing menu items for the restaurant.
• Keep kitchen environment and equipment clean and tidy and operational.
• Uphold morale and communicate with and support fellow staff. Provide training to kitchen staff as necessary.
