AVM Foods in Hamilton is hiring two chefs to join our Huntington branch, bringing expertise in South and North Indian cuisine. This full-time role requires passion for cooking, high standards, and flexibility for late nights and weekends, with involvement in both in-house dining and off-site catering events.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, focus on quality, food costs, and teamwork while delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to menu planning and cost management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• Full-time availability including weekends and late nights.
• Experience and expertise in Indian cuisine.
• Ability to manage food costs and wage costs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare both South Indian and North Indian dishes.
• Contribute to catering events and on-site service.
• Maintain high food safety standards.
• Assist with menu planning and cost management.

We are currently looking for a 2 Chefs at our Huntington branch with relevant qualification or experience and expertise in Indian cuisine. A minimum of at least 2 years of relevant work experience required. This is a full-time position. The ability to work on weekends and late nights is necessary for our catering jobs.
