PAK'nSAVE Rangiora is seeking motivated, customer-focused leaders to join our dynamic Checkout Team. You will be the face of the store, delivering exceptional service across Checkout, Self-Service, Lotto, Sticky Café, and SHOP'nGO.

We value strong communication, leadership potential, and the ability to meet age-restricted sale requirements. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within a New Zealand-owned brand and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous leadership experience or a willingness to develop leadership skills.
• Ability to uphold legal requirements relating to age-restricted sales.
• Willingness to complete qualifications such as a Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) and General Manager's Certificate.
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Barista experience is an advantage; however, training can be provided.

You’ll be the face of PAK'nSAVE, delivering exceptional service across multiple areas including Checkout, Self-Service, Lotto, Sticky Café, and SHOP'nGO. Previous experience in customer service is essential, and barista skills would be an advantage. We are committed to investing in our people and offer full training and ongoing development to support your success in the role.

What we're looking for:
