Job summary

New World Kerikeri, part of Foodstuffs North Island, is seeking a Checkout Supervisor to lead the team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will supervise staff, train team members, and ensure health and food safety policies are followed while maintaining checkout security and handling customer queries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members to meet standards.
• Maintain health & safety and food safety policies to agreed standards.
• Monitor the security of the checkout area at all times.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and resolve price issues and returns promptly.
