Job summary

New World Newlands is seeking a Checkout Supervisor/Team Leader to join our friendly store team. If you are a customer service superstar, we’d love to hear from you.

You will lead a small team, maintain high service standards, and support daily store operations. The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience and a Duty Manager certification or the ability to obtain the LCQ and Managers Certificate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a customer services role in a position of responsibility or supervisory role.
• Current Duty Manager certification or ability to obtain LCQ and Managers Certificate.
• Excellent communicator and wants to be part of a team.
