Air New Zealand is seeking a Chapter Lead Supply Planning to guide the end-to-end capability across planning and operations. You will coach a high-performing team, partner with Demand Planning, Engineering, Maintenance Planning and Procurement to strengthen integrated planning, and lead S&OP to improve inventory readiness and operational performance.

• Extensive supply chain planning experience in complex operations.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams.
• Experience with supply planning transformation and process improvement.
• Knowledge of contemporary planning methodologies and inventory management.
• Experience working in matrixed or Agile environments.
