Air New Zealand Limited in Auckland is seeking a Chapter Lead Supply Execution to steer short-term material planning and execution that keeps maintenance operations safe and efficient. You will lead a high-performing team, coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance and Procurement to resolve constraints and improve execution.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, agile collaboration across matrixed teams, and building capability to strengthen material availability and aircraft

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across Supply Execution, Supply Operations, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high performing teams in fast-paced settings.
• Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and disruption management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Supply Execution capability to support safe, efficient maintenance operations.
• Coach and inspire a high-performing team across the Chapter.
• Lead material support through MOC with clear coordination and prioritisation.
• Build AOG and disruption management capability to anticipate and recover from time-critical events.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve constraints and improve outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement with data-driven decisions and digital tools.
