Job summary

Watercare is seeking a Change Analyst for a 6-month contract in Newmarket, Auckland. You will support change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and the development of training materials as the Donesafe project progresses.

This hands-on role requires coordinating workshops, tracking readiness and adoption, and maintaining project documentation. The ideal candidate has experience in change, transformation, or digital projects, with strong communication and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change, transformation, or digital projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with change planning, readiness assessments and communications.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement plans, workshops and sessions.
• Prepare training materials and resources for users.
• Track readiness, training completion and adoption metrics.
• Maintain change-related project documentation and action registers.
