Job summary

Watercare is seeking a Change Analyst to support change and training activities for the Donesafe project on a 6 month contract. You will work closely with the Change Lead and project team to prepare people for new processes and ensure a smooth transition.

The role focuses on change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness activities, with hands-on delivery and ongoing tracking of actions and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change, transformation, technology implementation or business improvement projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills.
• Experience preparing communications, presentations, training materials or project documentation.
• Ability to gather information, identify themes and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support change and training activities for the Donesafe project.
• Assist with change impact and readiness assessments.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement plans and workshops.
• Prepare communications, presentations and training materials.
• Maintain change plans, action registers and project documentation.
• Track change readiness and adoption metrics.
