Job summary

Department of Corrections NZ's Pae Ora office in Wellington seeks a Change Analyst to support the Medtech Evolution project, focusing on people aspects of change and stakeholder engagement.

You will work with Change Lead and project team to assess impacts, readiness, and embed new ways of working, across sites, with a national transformation programme.

Ideal candidates have experience in change management and business analysis, with a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational or technology change initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical abilities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience facilitating discussions with diverse groups.
• Ability to translate complex information into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support change impact assessments and readiness activities.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Support adoption activities across sites and teams.
• Coordinate change champion and engagement networks.
• Monitor readiness, engagement and adoption metrics.
• Prepare change reporting, insights and documentation.
• Contribute to workshops and project planning activities.
