Learning Adventures Maraenui, part of Evolve Education Group, seeks an experienced Centre Manager to lead a vibrant team and uphold high-quality teaching in a play-based, holistic setting. Qualifications

• ECE qualification and current Full Teaching Registration.
• Proven experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role.
• Strong business and operational acumen.
• Commitment to equitable, inclusive, and high-quality education.
• Passion for integrating te reo Māori and te ao Māori into everyday practice.
• Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Genuine passion for leading people and achieving the best outcomes for tamariki and whānau.

Responsibilities

• Lead a centre with kaiako and tamariki to deliver high-quality education.
