Job summary

Learning Adventures Maraenui Hawke's Bay is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead our te ao Māori-inspired early learning centre. This hands-on teaching leadership role involves guiding the team to deliver high-quality, play-based education for tamariki aged 2-6, while championing equity and advocacy for whānau.

You will work alongside the Area Manager and a network of centres to foster a positive culture, build strong community connections, and drive excellent teaching and learning

Qualifications

• ECE qualification and current Full Teaching Registration.
• Centre Manager or senior leadership experience.
• Strong operational and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to equitable, high-quality education.
• Passion for integrating te reo Māori and te ao Māori into everyday practice.

This is a hands-on teaching leadership role where you'll work alongside your team, championing quality practice, equity, and advocacy for tamariki and whānau.
