Job summary

Learning Adventures Takanini, part of Evolve Education Group, is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a warm, nurturing ECE centre where tamariki grow through play, culture, and strong relationships with kaiako and whānau.

You’ll shape the centre’s culture, work closely with an Area Manager, drive educational and operational outcomes, and promote equity with a people-centred leadership style and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Centre Leader
• ECE qualification and Full Teaching Registration
• Strong business acumen and the ability to lead sustainably and successfully
• People-centred leadership with exceptional communication skills

Responsibilities
