Share the responsibility of delivering an inclusive curriculum and strong school transitions while supporting families and tamariki.

As Centre Manager, you’ll be highly visible, build positive relationships with whānau and kaiako, and influence occupancy, compliance and engagement.

Qualifications

• ECE qualification and full teaching registration.
• Experience in a Centre Manager role within ECE.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with whānau and kaiako.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a dedicated team to deliver high-quality ECE.
• Drive occupancy, compliance, and engagement across the centre.
• Model inclusive leadership and uphold Evolve values daily.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to sustain a positive culture.
