Evolve Education Group is seeking a superstar administrator to support two centres in Auckland. Join a warm, inclusive community at Lollipops Millennium and Active Explorers Central Park, helping maintain smooth administration and accurate records for children and staff.

Work 25 hours over 5 days, Monday to Friday, with subsidised childcare in addition to your wage. This part-time role offers a friendly team and real opportunities to contribute to tamariki learning daily.

Competenze

• Experience in office administration, ideally in an early learning setting.
• Proficient in filing, banking/invoicing, and attendance/paperwork processing.
• Able to enter staff hours accurately and support centre management.

Mansioni

• Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork.
• General admin support to the Centre Manager.
• Ensuring each child’s attendance, absence, pick up and drop off times are recorded.
• Entering staff hours into the payroll system.
• Following processes and maintaining the filing system.

ECE in Aotearoa is a regulated industry and compliance is paramount - as an Administrator with Evolve you help to keep everything in order and ensure our Kaiako and Centre Leadership teams are well supported to do what they do best - ensuring incredible learning outcomes for Tamariki.
