About the Role

Our client, a reputable hospitality group operating in Queenstown, Eastern Cape , is seeking a seasoned Catering Services Manager to lead their dynamic catering division. This role is integral to ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage services for a variety of events and functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of catering operations, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and overseeing the smooth execution of all catering activities within Queenstown and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day catering operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards in Queenstown, Eastern Cape .
• Manage, train, and schedule catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement catering strategies to meet client needs and maximize profitability.
• Control food and beverage costs, manage inventory, and optimize procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in catering operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in catering management or a related hospitality leadership role.

• Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a catering environment.
