Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct catering staff during events, ensuring efficient and professional service.
• Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed according to plan.
• Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Train new staff members on service standards, food safety, and company procedures.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation during service.
• Address client and guest concerns promptly and professionally during events.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all catering activities.
• Assist in scheduling staff for various events and operational needs.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with the team to review event details and responsibilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
• Contribute to operational efficiency and identify areas for service improvement.
