Qualificações

• Previous experience in catering or hospitality, preferably supervisory or assistant role.
• Understanding of food service operations and event logistics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Catering Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise catering staff during events and ensure service standards.
• Assist with event setup, food and beverage service, and breakdown.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Respond to client needs and address issues during events.
• Support staff training and development initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas.
• Prepare reports on event execution and operational performance.
