Job summary

PAE is hiring Casual Service Desk Operators to join the team at Waiouru Military Camp. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, contractors, and military personnel, delivering excellent customer service while supporting administration, security monitoring, and operational tasks.

The role requires flexibility to rotate across day, afternoon, and night shifts, with responsibilities spanning bookings, incident reporting, health and safety support, and general administrative

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, reception, customer service, or a service desk environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across rotating shifts, including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide professional service at the Service Centre.
• Answer telephone, email, and face-to-face inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to the Intruder Alarm System.
• Issue and receive keys for facilities and accommodation.
• Coordinate bookings for the Service Centre Conference Room.
• Process incident reports and maintain records.
