Job summary

Bathurst Resources Limited is seeking a Casual Fixed Plant Operator for the Stockton Mine. You will be trained in multiple roles and provide coverage as needed, with shifts ranging from 9 to 12 hours on days or nights.

Ideally you are mechanically minded, flexible and enjoy teamwork, with a strong commitment to health and safety and good communication skills. NZ working rights are required.

Qualifications

• New Zealand working rights

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Shifts on 9–12 hour durations, days or nights, casual role

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plant associated with the Coal Handling Processing Plant, Aerial Ropeway and site infrastructure
• Provide cover for employee absences during shutdowns or peak periods
• Work as part of a small team to support reliability and safe operations
