Job summary

Find Recruitment in Wellington seeks a Cantonese-speaking Case Manager Assistant to support a busy advisory and case management team across Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. The role is 0.6 FTE with flexible hours and remote work options, including one office day per week for part-time arrangements and a role that can fit around school hours.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Cantonese is essential.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience in customer service or member management.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Empathetic communication and ability to handle difficult conversations.
  • Good prioritisation and time management.
  • Autonomous with ability to know when to escalate.
  • Comfort with IT systems and case management technology.
  • Healthcare or legal sector experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of medical or dental terminology beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Support management of advisory and non-claims case files.
  • Communicate with members in Cantonese and English.
  • Provide professional, empathetic and timely member support.
  • Work alongside file handlers to progress cases within service levels.
  • Assist members with inquiries and escalate complex matters.
  • Support informal complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate case information and correspondence.
  • Process case-related financial correspondence accurately.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and elevate potential risks or issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
  • Ensure policies, privacy and compliance requirements are followed.

We're looking for a Cantonese speaking Case Manager Assistant to support a busy team managing advisory and case files across Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. The role is currently available at 0.6 FTE, making it an excellent option if you're looking for meaningful professional work that can fit around school hours or other commitments. There may also be flexibility to consider other part time arrangements or permanent options for the right person.

Better still, there is genuine flexibility to work from home. For someone working part time, there is the potential to spend just one day per week in the office, with the remainder worked remotely.

You'll work alongside experienced file handlers, helping members navigate queries and cases with professionalism, empathy and care. You'll keep cases moving, communicate with members, manage administration and know when more technical matters need to be escalated.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management of advisory and non claims case files

Requirements
