Job summary

Tourism Holdings Limited in South Auckland is seeking two Booking Hosts for our Reservations Contact Centre on a full-time, fixed-term basis from October 2026 through to March 2027 to help customers plan their campervan holidays across New Zealand and Australia.

You will provide quotes, convert enquiries into bookings, and manage customer interactions across phone, email and live chat while building rapport and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, hospitality, sales or contact centre environment.
• Ability to provide quotes and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Comfort communicating across phone, email and chat channels.
• Strong attention to detail and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology.
• Passion for travel, tourism and creating great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with campervan bookings across New Zealand and Australia.
• Provide quotes and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
