Job summary

Columbus Café Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington is seeking an experienced Chef to join the kitchen team on a permanent full-time basis. The role involves preparing high-quality menu items, assisting with daily operations, and maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen in a busy service environment.

You will work 37.5 paid hours per week with opportunities to develop culinary skills and contribute to a positive customer experience. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

• Previous commercial kitchen experience in a chef or cook role.

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our kitchen team at Columbus Café, Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington . This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum of 37.5 paid hours per week . Our café can shift from quiet to busy within minutes, so we're looking for someone who can stay organised, adaptable and composed during busy service periods while consistently delivering high-quality food and service.
