Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers is seeking a proactive Business Services Coordinator to streamline office and operational activities across Monte's sites in Auckland. You will coordinate onboarding, fleet management, enquiries and internal communications to ensure efficient, consistent processes.

As Business Services Coordinator, you will play an important organisation-wide role, coordinating day-to-day services and activities that help our Monte team operate effectively.
Working across our sites and teams, you will keep things organised, make sure important processes happen when they should, and help create efficient and consistent ways of working.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Business services coordination: Coordinate day-to-day office and operational requirements across Monte's sites. Keep our staff intranet current and useful.
Staff onboarding and offboarding: Coordinate the systems and equipment related requirements for people joining, moving within or leaving Monte.
Vehicle fleet coordination: Coordinate Monte's vehicle fleet, including bookings, servicing, WOFs, etc. and administration relating to vehicle purchases, leases, disposals and insurance.
Enquiries and internal information: Oversee the telephone system and visitors visiting our support office. Coordinate general enquiries received, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
External communications: Coordinate regular external communications that showcase Monte's mahi and impact, including maintaining accurate and engaging website content, and coordinating the quarterly stakeholder newsletter.
Projects and operational support: Provide coordination and administrative support for team and organisation wide projects and initiatives as needed.
You will be an experienced coordinator or administrator who enjoys making things work well behind the scenes. You are very organised, practical and comfortable taking ownership of a wide range of activities and following them through to completion. You will have:
Strong organisation and follow-through: You can manage multiple priorities, keep track of details and deadlines, and ensure actions are completed to a high quality without needing close supervision.
Initiative and practical problem-solving: You notice what needs attention, act and look for practical ways to make processes simpler and more effective.

External communications capability: You are a confident written communicator with the ability to prepare, schedule and publish engaging social media content and contribute to website and stakeholder communications. You understand the importance of appropriate tone and representing an organisation professionally through external channels.
Attention to detail and quality: You take pride in producing accurate, well-organised and professional work and maintaining reliable records and processes.
Strong communication and relationship skills: You communicate clearly and professionally and can build effective working relationships with colleagues, senior leaders, suppliers and other stakeholders.
A collaborative and service-focused approach: You enjoy helping others, are approachable and responsive, and understand that good business support enables the whole organisation to do its mahi well.
Adaptability and sound judgement: You are comfortable working across a broad range of activities, can respond when priorities change, and use good judgement when handling confidential, sensitive or externally published information.
