Fire and Emergency New Zealand is seeking a proactive administrator to deliver a broad range of support functions for regional teams. The role covers asset management, finance and procurement, volunteer administration, minute taking, and reception duties, with a key emphasis on the Property portfolio to ensure smooth processes.
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you'll coordinate contractors, review property documentation, and assist with property projects.

Reporting to the Business Services Manager, this role is responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative and coordination functions that support our regional teams.
Responsibilities include asset management, finance and procurement support, volunteer administration, minute taking, meeting coordination, reception duties, and general back-office support.
A key focus of this role is the Property portfolio, where you'll play an important part in ensuring property-related processes run smoothly and efficiently. Portfolio areas might change if business requires it.
This is a fixed-term role starting ASAP through to 23rd December 2026.
As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to both internal and external stakeholders. You'll also contribute to business continuity and surge support across asset portfolios through inter-regional collaboration and networking.
Desirable (but not essential). JDE and AP+, essential.
The salary range for this role is $61,106-$67,895, (pro rata) dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
