Vector is building a new multidisciplinary Business Readiness team in Auckland. We’re seeking a Change Analyst who can turn ambiguity into practical action, working with change, communications, business analysis and delivery professionals to understand impacts and enable adoption.

You’ll partner with business owners and delivery teams to identify people, process and capability requirements, help design readiness evidence and support confident, lasting change across the organisation.
