Qualifications

• Experience in change, transformation, business readiness, project delivery or operational improvement.
• Interest in digital delivery, operating model change and benefits-led transformation.
• Ability to turn complexity into practical action.

Responsibilities

• Identify impacts across people, roles, processes, capability and ways of working.
• Turn analysis into practical actions for readiness and adoption.
• Support communications, engagement, learning and capability-building activities.
• Collaborate with business owners and delivery teams to understand change implications.
