We’re looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to identify and secure new business opportunities for Smith&Smith® across New Zealand. This is a growth focused role for someone with a genuine hunger for sales, strong relationship building skills and a customer first approach.
You’ll develop new business across existing and emerging markets, with a particular focus on fleet, leasing, rental and trade opportunities. You’ll also identify cross-selling opportunities across the Belron NZ profile, working closely with the Commercial team to develop strategic partnerships and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
This role will suit a confident relationship builder who can identify opportunities, influence decision-makers, negotiate effectively and turn prospects into long term customers.

40 hours per week between 07:00am – 07:00pm Monday to Friday.
