Lincoln University is seeking a qualified carpenter with strong maintenance leadership to lead planned and preventative maintenance across its Lincoln campus. Join our Property Services Group team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Lincoln University's campus environment. This position is responsible for planning and delivering preventative maintenance programmes, coordinating building‑related projects, managing contractors, and ensuring University facilities remain safe, functional, and fit for purpose for staff, students, visitors, and tenants.
Some tasks of the role include:
Working across a diverse campus portfolio, you'll combine your technical building expertise with project coordination, financial management, and people leadership skills to support the ongoing stewardship of the University's physical assets.
This permanent role is based at our Lincoln Campus and works 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE).
The salary for this position is circa $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
