Te Whare Wānaka o Aoraki | Lincoln University seeks a Student Experience team member to deliver welcoming, responsive support across in-person, phone, email, and digital channels. You will triage enquiries, support student engagement, and maintain CRM records while contributing to knowledge resources and process improvements.
The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–1:00 pm at the Lincoln Campus for 22.5 hours per week, fixed-term to July 2027.

Working in our Student and Visitor Centre, you'll help deliver welcoming, responsive, and high-quality support while contributing to initiatives that enhance engagement, recruitment, retention, and student success.

This is a varied and people-focused role where you'll combine customer service, administration, communication, and relationship-building skills to support students throughout their Lincoln University journey.
This fixed term role covers parental leave and concludes in July 2027. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm (22.5 hours per week), at our Lincoln Campus.
The salary for this position is $59,000 per annum, pro rata to part-time hours.
