Auckland Council's Building Consent team is seeking a fixed-term, full‑time Regulatory Support Officer to join our Albany hub. You will use your solid organisational and administration skills to provide process support, ensuring the smooth running of end-to-end consenting processes for our building consent department.

This is a customer focused role in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for progression.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business administration and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Confidence with complex databases and information.
• Experience managing financial account reconciliations and customer disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end support for all consenting applications under Building Consent.
• Deliver high quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of regulatory consent data.
• Handle all customer inquiries and complaints related to financial disputes, invoicing, and regulatory applications.
