Job summary

bStudio Ltd in Napier, New Zealand, is seeking a permanent full-time Brewer / Brewery Operator to join our modern, automated brewhouse and pack line. You will become proficient across brewing and cellar operations with on-the-job training and a focus on consistent beer quality.

You will work varied shifts, weekends, and collaborate closely with a small team to meet production targets, maintain hygiene standards, and complete production documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewing, beverage or production.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Capable of training junior staff and sharing knowledge.
• Willingness to work rostered weekends and changing shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards.

• Meet customer specifications for beer and packaging.
