Goodman Fielder New Zealand invites applications for Intermediate Bakers, Qualified Bakers and Production Operators at Quality Bakers Auckland. You will join a busy production team, preparing ingredients, operating automated bake lines and packaging products to exacting standards.

The role requires experience in plant baking, strong numeracy and literacy, and a commitment to health and food safety. Training and mentoring others is encouraged, with shift patterns including day and night options

Formación

• Experience in plant baking with automated equipment.
• Manufacturing/machine operation experience.
• Solid numeracy and literacy skills.
• Health and Safety and Food Safety certificates preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare ingredients and operate baking equipment to produce bread and small goods.
• Ensure quality and consistency; maintain food safety standards.
• Mentor colleagues and support baking qualifications within the team.
• Keep production lines running smoothly and meet daily deadlines.
