Job summary

Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Bank Manager to lead the Central Lakes branch network, based in Wanaka or Queenstown. You will drive performance, coach a team of Banking Advisers and Customer Service Representatives, and build strong community relationships to deliver exceptional personal, business and wealth banking experiences.

The role focuses on people, customers, and community, reporting to the Regional Manager, with a team including an Assistant Bank Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Central Lakes branch network (Wanaka, Queenstown, Alexandra).
• Develop, coach and empower branch teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Strengthen relationships with customers, staff, business partners and the community.
• Drive performance and ensure strong delivery of personal, business banking and wealth services.
