Job summary

Westpac New Zealand Limited is seeking a Bank Manager for the Central Lakes region, based at either Wānaka or Queenstown. You will lead the branch with a focus on people, customers, and community, reporting to the Regional Manager and overseeing multiple branches with an Assistant Bank Manager and support team.

You will guide personal and business banking and wealth outcomes, drive customer loyalty, and lead change while coaching others to excel in a dynamic, community-focused environment.
