Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a 14-person team across Queenstown, Wanaka and Alexandra, driving growth, profitability and client outcomes in a high-performance environment.

You will report to the Regional Manager and shape strategic plans, ensure compliance, and deliver quality financial advice while fostering strong client relationships within a globally integrated insurer and risk management group.

• Experience in insurance or a sales role with portfolio growth.
