Job summary

TechClean and Restoration in Christchurch is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Canterbury and South Island operations. You will drive performance, build client relationships, and ensure operational excellence, overseeing a dedicated team and project delivery in a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational, project management, or branch leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
• Commercially savvy with budgets and contracts, understanding margins and KPIs.
• Natural leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
• Results-oriented, adaptable, able to thrive under pressure.
• Bonus: Class A/B Asbestos Supervisor licence or asbestos industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the team across asbestos and restoration projects.
• Ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard as per NZ regulations.
• Manage branch financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Drive continuous improvement in operations, health & safety, and team development.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align branch goals with company strategy.

About the Role

As our Christchurch Branch Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee project delivery, and contribute to strategic growth of the branch.
