Job summary

RESTATE Property Restoration in Christchurch is seeking an experienced restoration professional to establish and grow its new Christchurch operation. The role combines hands-on restoration work with strategic leadership as the business scales.

You will work to understand the whole business—technical restoration, estimating, project management, customers and commercial performance—with a clear pathway toward Christchurch Branch Manager and eventually regional responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Initially the primary operator in Greater Christchurch and hands-on.
• Grow beyond the tools as the operation expands and leadership takes shape.

• Demonstrate the ability to build and lead a successful operation with pathway to Christchurch Branch Manager and regional responsibility.

RESTATE is developing its Christchurch operation and we're looking for an experienced restoration professional with the capability and ambition to eventually lead it.

We're not simply looking for someone who can set up drying equipment and run restoration jobs.

We're looking for someone who wants to understand the whole business — technical restoration, estimating, project management, customers, commercial performance, people and eventually branch leadership.

Initially you'll be RESTATE's primary operator in Greater Christchurch and remain highly hands‑on.

But as Christchurch grows, we want the right person to grow beyond the tools.
