Job summary

Turners Group NZ Ltd is seeking an experienced leader to take charge of our Whanganui cars branch and drive performance, growth, and exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to commence in late October or early November.

You will lead from the front, coach and develop your team, build strong relationships with buyers and vendors, and identify new business opportunities, all while keeping a customer-first culture.

Turners Group NZ Ltd is part of the Turners Automotive Group and we're very proud to have been helping Kiwi's buy and sell used vehicles for over 50 years.

We're now looking for an experienced leader to take charge of our Whanganui cars branch and drive performance, growth, and exceptional customer services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone available to commence in late October or Early November

Who would suit this role?

We're after a people-first, results-driven leader with proven experience managing a sales and/or operational team. You'll be confident leading from the front-coaching, motivating, and developing your people to deliver strong results. You'll bring a proven track record in sales and business performance, along with the ability to build strong relationships, grow networks, and identify new business opportunities.

Automotive experience is great but what really matters is your energy, drive, leadership capability, and customer focus.

What does the role entail?

• Lead, develop, and manage the branch to achieve revenue, profit, and customer targets
