Job summary

Turners Group NZ Ltd, part of Turners Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced leader to take charge of the Whanganui branch and drive performance, growth and exceptional customer service. The role starts in late October or early November.

You will coach and develop a sales/operations team, build relationships with buyers and vendors, and identify new business opportunities while managing budgets and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven or operational environment.
• Strong sales background with targets and performance focus.
• Ability to coach, develop, and build high-performing teams.
• Strong networking, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial acumen, including cost management and growth.
• A full, clean Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the branch to achieve revenue, profit, and customer targets.
• Actively coach, mentor, and support your team to ensure success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Drive new business growth through networking and market opportunities.
