Team Global Express is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager for our Timaru team to drive operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, ensure outstanding customer service and support commercial development.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will own branch financial performance, plan resources, and foster growth while maintaining a safety-first culture across the operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in an operational leadership role (transport, logistics or similar).
• Proven capability with planning and delivering to that plan.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A positive and proactive approach to problem solving.
• A strong Health & Safety focus.
• Confident with reporting, IT systems, and data management.
• Commercial acumen and sales experience is a desirable attribute.

About The Role - Mō Te Tūranga

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive operational excellence, lead a high‑performing team, ensure outstanding customer service and provide commercial business development support.

Reporting to the Area Manager, Central and Upper South Island your Key Responsibilities include:
