Team Global Express in Timaru is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Timaru team, drive operational excellence, deliver outstanding customer service, and support commercial growth.

You will own the branch P&L, plan resources and transport, supervise a high‑performing team, monitor key metrics, uphold health and safety standards, and collaborate with national and regional colleagues to achieve shared success.

Formación

• 5+ years in an operational leadership role (transport, logistics or similar).
• Proven capability with planning and delivering to that plan.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• A strong Health & Safety focus and compliant mindset.
• Commercial acumen and sales experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of branch financial performance, including P&L and cost control.
• Lead a customer-focused team, collaborating with customers and sales.
• Strategically plan people, resources and transport to meet goals.
• Inspire and develop your team, promoting growth and high performance.
• Drive growth, efficiency and align with evolving business needs.
• Manage metrics: utilisation, claims, DIFOT, safety, and service.
• Champion a safety-first culture and health and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with national and regional teams for shared success.
