The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to achieving the branch's business objectives while meeting the expectations of all key stakeholders - owners, customers, and employees. Your focus will be on ensuring the branch's ongoing profitability and growth, supporting the professional development of employees, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
