Brandt is seeking a Branch Manager for our Silverdale store in New Zealand to lead an established team through growth. You will drive sales, service and profitability while upholding our standards of customer satisfaction and community involvement.

As a leader you will allocate resources, develop staff, and work with owners and customers to achieve business objectives. The role offers training, development, and advancement opportunities within a global equipment dealer.

Qualifications

• Proven success in leading and motivating a team.
• Commercial and financial acumen ideally developed within retail, agricultural or mechanical industries.
• Strong sales and customer satisfaction focus
• Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to increase sales, profitability and market share.
• Execute the business plan and achieve financial performance goals, including sales, budgets and cost control
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers and resolve elevated customer issues.

• Collaborate with other branch managers and areas to implement best practices and consistent processes for all departments.

About the role:

As our new Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading our established team through an exciting period of growth. With your passion for the industry, community, and our machinery and equipment, you will help us drive the success and expansion we envision in both sales and service.

The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to achieving the branch's business objectives while meeting the expectations of all key stakeholders - owners, customers, and employees. You will provide strong leadership to our experienced team, overseeing the effective allocation and management of both physical and financial resources. Your focus will be on ensuring the branch's ongoing profitability and growth, supporting the professional development of employees, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Other tasks and responsibilities include:

• Working with the team to ensure the branch has increased sales, profitability and market share.
• Execution of the business plan and achieving financial performance goals, including sales, budgets and cost control
