Job summary

Heights Recruitment in Dunedin is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager with strong sales leadership to lead a dedicated team and drive growth across the lower South Island.

This sales-led role involves time in the market, managing a territory and call cycles, with a company vehicle for personal use and bonus opportunities once established. Applicants should have NZ residency or valid NZ work visa.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and relationship management experience.
• Previous experience leading and developing a team.
• Comfortable managing a territory and call cycle.
• Building, construction or architectural product experience.
• Paint industry experience would be a big advantage.
• Confident presenting, public speaking, networking and getting in front of people.
• Commercially minded and comfortable driving team KPIs.
• Decisive, personable and able to build rapport with just about anyone.

Responsibilities

• Time on the road; generally around 4-5 nights away each month across the lower South Island.
• You’ll control your own call cycle, giving you the freedom to manage the territory in a way that works.

You'll wear plenty of hats here. Team leader, relationship builder, territory manager, coach and presenter. It's a sales-led role with plenty of time out in the market, backed by a down-to-earth leader who genuinely cares about his people and isn't afraid to roll his sleeves up alongside them.
