About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for the performance and success of our Kingsland branch in Auckland. You will lead by example, driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and developing a motivated, high-performing team.

This is far more than a desk-based management position. You'll be a visible and active presence within the branch, working alongside your team, supporting daily operations, and stepping in at the trade counter during busy periods to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As Branch Manager, you will:

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.

Due to the operational demands of the role, applicants should be prepared to work additional hours when required.
