Job summary

Plumbing World is seeking a customer-focused Trade Sales team member for our Kerikeri branch in Auckland. You’ll handle trade counter inquiries, process orders, give product advice, and help keep projects moving with timely deliveries and friendly service.

The role offers a permanent, full-time schedule (40 hours, Mon–Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm) and opportunities for growth within a trusted Kiwi business.

Qualifications

• Previous trade/retail experience preferred.

About The Role

Our Kerikeri branch is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Trade Sales person to join our team. Due to continued growth in sales and the upcoming onboarding of a significant new customer, we're creating this new role to provide additional support for our busy team and help us continue delivering outstanding service to our customers. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll spend most of your time serving customers at the trade sales counter, processing orders, providing product advice, and helping customers get what they need to keep their projects moving. From time to time, you'll also assist with local deliveries, warehouse duties, and branch operations, making every day a little different. This role would suit someone with experience in retail, trade sales, customer service, plumbing, building supplies, or the wider trade industry. What Your Day Will Look Like

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am-4:00 pm.
